We just went in looking for an RV mattress and couldn’t be more pleased. Candi helped us and she was wonderful. She answered all of our questions, moved mattresses around so that we could try as many as we wanted and even have us a list of several restaurants that we should try that are in the area. She was just so pleasant and friendly, we enjoyed working with her. Even my husband said when we left “that’s a nice lady”. We ended up with the perfect mattress for our RV and she made very simple for us to pay etc. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Candi!

We bought a mattress at the beginning of the year from this Mattress Firm, and we weren't happy with it. The mattress was supposed to have softened up, but it didn't. We had had the mattress for 4 months, and Mattress Firm has a 120 day period where you can exchange your mattress if you're not happy with it. I had hoped that we were still in that 120 day period, so I contacted Mattress Firm via text message, and the manager, John, had responded before opening hours. He let me know that the 120 day period had just expired but also let me know if we came up to the store in the next 2 days, he would see what he could do. My wife and I jumped in the car within minutes and went there. We met John, and he had us look at other mattresses, and we found one that we really wanted. John performed the exchange within a few minutes and we were out the door. What a sigh of relief! We keep mattresses for about 10 years, and I would have hated to have been stuck with the hard mattress for a decade. We've only bought mattresses from Mattress Firm, and we've always been impressed with their customer service. Thank you for working with us, John!
