We needed to replace an old mattress of 15 years. I've read many good reviews and they all said George was one of the best so I was very pleased to see him sitting at the desk when we got there. He was kind, patient and very informative as he took us through the process of trying out many mattresses. He then let us take our time deciding which ones to lay in again. There was no pressure in trying to get us to buy the most expensive one and I greatly appreciated that. He just wanted us to get a mattress that suited our needs. Definitely go to this store for your mattress decision, George really is good at what he does. We go the delivery, installation of the base and removal. They were quick and professional, fantastic job.
