Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Mattress Firm! They are very welcoming and pleasant as you walk through the door. There's no pressure applied at all. I met with Daphney recently Epps Bridge Road in Athens Georgia and her knowledge of mattresses and also the motion base is absolutely astounding. We had a very pleasant, wonderful conversation and I thoroughly enjoyed my entire visit at Mattress Firm. There are a wide selection of mattresses and the sales people will answer any and all questions and welcome you to lay on the mattresses to find the one that is best suited for you.

My 87-year-old daddy was admitted to the hospital and his doctors and nurses stated that he would be there for several days. However, after much prayer, he was discharged in two days. The doctors suggested an adjustable bed but it's noon and we need to pick up daddy and have the bed in place by 3:00. That's where Kevin turned the impossible into possible. After locating the adjustable bed frame, he also found a mattress that would help my father with his neck and back condition. Kevin was very patience, kind, and understanding. And for that, I want to say "Thank you"! You took a very limited time situation and resolve the problems within minutes after several phone calls on my part. This goes without saying, there are still some good people in this world that believes in giving excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into this situation. You made a huge difference in my daddy's life as well as the family. If you are reading this comment and wondering if this is the right place to purchase a bed or mattress... I would say Yes 110%, Yes! Go to Oconee/Athens location and ask for Kevin and his wonderful team. Thank you, Kevin, for all you do!
