Price was a huge consideration for me and when I visited the store, I had a set budget. The sales manager associate who waited on me was Sam. He was very patient, professional and super nice. He explained the different aspects of each mattresses that I was interested in so I could make an educated decision. I ended up spending twice my budget but felt good about it because I knew what I was getting for the price. And I got a very good price ! The mattress was delivered promptly and I am very happy with the overall experience. I recommend asking for Sam. He’s the best at what he does! Thank you Sam.

Mattress Firm is a great place to buy a mattress. We are repeat customers. Their sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales associate worked with us to get a lot more than we were looking for while staying in our budget. I can’t say enough about the service! Next time we need a mattress we’ll be back!
