I want to give a very heartfelt thanks to Ely Klenzak for working with my neighbor and me to resolve getting the old mattress out of the house and new mattress in. My neighbor (Dennis Slade) had had a stroke. So he was very anxious on the timing for getting all this taken care of. Ely was kind enough and professional enough to take my call and help me facilitate the exchange and setting up the timing from the warehouse. Dennis will be forever grateful for Ely’s patience and understanding. I applaud him for going above and beyond. He is truly an exceptional employee and individual.
