Our mattress was 7 years old. It was dipped in the middle and it was causing back pain. We would have loved to buy a Purple but truly didn't want to spend that much money. After Ms. Cheryl had us test out a couple of mattresses and looking at the prices I was convinced there was no way we'd be able to stay with our budget of about $500. And I thought you had to have box springs. I told Cheryl that and she was great. She worked to find a king size memory foam mattress that was on a great sale and they were running a promo for a free adjustable base. We didn't pay for delivery so the final bill was $533.93. This turned out to be a great shopping experience.
