As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brian. He started helping me right away and asking questions to help me find the mattress that best fits my needs. I ended up purchasing a mattress that same day with his help. When they delivered it I was missing an item and called him a about it. He made some calls and was able to get the item I ordered. He asked if wanted it shipped to me or if I wanted it that same day he could personally stop by and give it to me. Top notch customer service right there 👌🏽. Thank you for your help Brian!

Jason greeted me immediately when I walked in and provided great customer service. Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, he wasted no time in contacting other locations to find it. I left happy. Customer service is scarce these days, but Jason and the others will take good care of you here.

I would like to take time out to thank Mr. Shawn for his outstanding professionalism, he really took his time explaining to my Mother the difference between Mattresses and adjustable frames, It's her Birthday on Monday the 7th and after speaking to him she was convinced that, this is what she really wants for her Birthday. Mom was not even in the market for new bedding she was just wasting time for another appointment. I spoke with Shawn today and his customer service is outstanding, he helped me with the purchase and I didn't even have to go into the store 😊and now her new Bedding will be here for her Birthday!!!
