I went in and the person that helped me was so sweet (I can’t remember their name sorry) she was able To help me find a perfect mattress regardless of me not knowing exactly what I was looking for. She allowed me to test a few different beds and let me go back to the same beds a few times as well to ensure that it was what I wanted. The checkout procedure was quick and easy and the price was much cheaper than I had expected which meant I was happy with my purchase. The mattress is to be delivered the day of my birthday which I am very excited about! Thank you for everything!

The transaction started off good. Then after delivery, we had some major problems. After calling, texting, and emailing the contacts I had on file, Helene, the manager of the Woodstock Square Avenue store jumped in and saved the day. She literally took what would have been a 1 star review to a 5 star review. She went over and beyond with her customer service and follow up. I am very happy with the mattress, pillows, and sheets but most impressed Helene and her customer service. I would highly suggest to anyone to shop at this Mattress location.
