It was my first time walking in to Mattress Firm Kapolei. Very clean and organized. A lot of selection on mattresses. I originally called them if they sell twin size bed frame only. Which they had only 1 in stock available. So I purchased it in the store. Staffs were friendly. I will definitely buy a mattress from them in the future. Great service.

Excellent service! We were attended by Daezten and Darlene and we couldn’t be happier with our mattress shopping experience. They were profession, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We ended up purchasing a purple brand mattress and are eager to experience a nights rest on it. I would definitely recommend this location if you’re in the market for a new mattress!
