Andrew was my salesman. He was awesome. He listened to what my needs were for a new bed and he quickly and professionally helped me pick out my mattress, split box spring and bed frame. He even sold me the deal at my price point. Arranged for delivery, install and haul away of my old bed. He could have had me setup in 3 days, but my schedule pushed it to 4. Very satisfied with my experience. If the delivery goes as planned, it will have been a great experience. Thank you Andrew and thank you Mattress Firm. Edited after delivery, The delivery was as scheduled. I had to attach a headboard and for this, I had to drill new holes as they wouldn't line up with the new bed frame. Told the drivers to just leave the new split queen box spring and mattress and I'd put the set together myself. After they left and I had the headboard attached, I put the new split box springs on the bed. One of them was in poor condition. The fabric covering it was stapled poorly. You could see it had been repaired and looks as if it wasn't carefully done. I switched its orientation to hide the flaws best I could,but you'd think if you purchase new, you wouldn't have to do this. I purchased the Gold delivery and was promised haul away for ALL like pieces. The delivery guy told me they wouldn't take away my old full size bed frame. Now I'm stuck in disposal of it. My rating for my experience based on the delivery is a "1". Wouldn't recommend based on this.

My husband and I went to the Mattress Firm in Fairview Heights looking for a new mattress for our guest room. Sean met us and we hit it off right off the bat. He was quick to understand our needs and pointed us to 2 beds to try out. After we decided he went on to explain about their specials, including adjustable bases, box springs, and raised metal platforms. He also explained their 120 night sleep trial and much more. Sean wasn’t pushy at all like some other stores we looked at. Since we weren’t quite ready to take the plunge, he gave us a detailed quote that outlined everything we talked about so we could refer back to it later. If you need a mattress, you won’t be disappointed!

Mattress Firm set up a Temperpedic bed for my dad at my dad's house. I was helping him move into his house but he was unable to be there when the mattress arrived. The guys delivering and setting up did an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and attentive. They even took the time to show me how all the features worked so i could explain them to my dad. They were nice and very professional!

He didn’t try to upsell us and he showed us options that addressed the specific issues that we are having with our current mattress.
