It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve EVER had! Debbie really knew the beds, pillows, etc. better than anyone I’ve ever bought these types of products from. She was patient, kind, and let me test everything. I only bought the bed, pillows, etc. yesterday, so maybe it’s too early to tell if I made correct purchases. But she is giving me 120 days to see if it’s right for me. And these products are actually more affordable than other places.

Debbie was fantastic. She welcomed me and made me feel at home quickly. She asked about my needs, preferences, price range, and even had some options of pillow for trying the beds. There was no rush, and she encouraged me to get comfortable and really get the feel for each bed. I didn’t feel “sold” at all, but rather helped through the process of finding the right mattress. I am extremely excited about my tempur-pedic but there are many options. Great financing, easy process and quick delivery availability. Highly recommend!

He took time to show us all the bells and whistles you can get with adjustable frames, airflow, and all around comfort with todays bed setups.
