When we walked into the store my wife and I were greeted by Knight. He answered every question we had and explained the warranties and 120 night sleep trial. He was patient as we asked about the different features the frames offered. Another couple walked in to shop while we finalizing our decisions. Knight did great making both parties feel important and not ignored as he was the only sales person in store at the time. He was able to get us a quick delivery scheduled and made checkout a breeze. We will definitely tell anyone looking to purchase a mattress to go see Knight.
