What a great experience. My fiancée and I walked in to look around and were greeted by Tim who was friendly and welcoming. Tim asked us what bought us in and how he can help and than he let us explore the store on our own making it less pressure able which was great. As we walked the store Tim would point out different things but let us laying around and find the right bed on our own. Absolutely content with personnel. Big tolerance with family included. I picked out a mattress that I had doubted before due to mfr. change. Still got a Sealy.
