We went here during Black Friday and got a good deal on a king bed. Randy helped us out and he was so wonderful. He didn’t push us at all but really tried to find the best option in our budget. He even made sure that our frame that we purchased was compatible with everything we got. 100% recommend asking for him when you are there. Very knowledgeable!

I went to the Mattress Firm in Palatine, as they had the specific mattress I wanted to try out. I was greeted immediately upon entering by my salesperson Randy and he showed me to the model I requested, which was not exactly what I hoped for. He made an alternate suggestion and I loved that one. Randy was knowledgeable , calm, and a super nice, efficient person to deal with. My new mattress gets delivered on Thursday!!

We went in yesterday looking to upgrade our daughter's toddler bed to a big girl bed. We also wanted to price out and look at upgrading our own mattress. Randy helped us and truly went above on beyond. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions or concerns and made the process of looking for a mattress fun and comfortable. I would highly recommend shopping here and definitely ask for Randy! You can tell he really just wants to help his customers get the right bed for them.
