While I have gone to this store a few times trying to narrow down what mattresses I liked before coming in with my husband, this by far was the best experience. Husband and I came in and Desmond went above and beyond to help with all of our needs. From Back pain to the other "bedroom questions" .. we found the bed we were looking for with all of our needs and questions met.. Desmond was not needy or pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make this huge and important purchase.
