Wonderful experience at Mattress firm Avon. Ask for Mike he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and nice. Mattress buying can sometimes be daunting he made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for us and tried to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff.

Michael was very kind and helpful while looking at mattresses. I ended up liking the purple mattress after asking him questions. Michael was very friendly and told both pros and cons of mattresses and gave quality advice. He was not pushy or trying to rush to make an expensive sale. Overall would buy another mattress from him and Mattress Firm.

The sales person was very nice, he didn't try to show us the most expensive options first. He showed us the base model then what would be the upgrade. He wasn't pushy, nice guy. He also understood we were just looking at options not buying that day. He didn't try to pressure uson making a decision, since adjustable beds can get expensive. Guess he works at the Spreedway location and was filling in the day we were in the Avon location. We came back to purchase on 8/28 and the salesperson, Michael helped us. He wad great!!
