Patrick was phenomenal with me. I have been researching mattresses and beds and had a decent idea on what I wanted. I told him and bam! He knew what beds to show me and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to take the trip out to Michigan City and see him. Trust me you won't be disappointed and my mind is at ease as well with the warranties I have as well. Thank you again Patrick for helping out today I appreciated your time so much.

I gave 5 star rating due to mainly customer satisfaction. Even though there was a mix-up and they delivered the wrong mattress (mistakes happen), it did cause a bit of inconvenience since my guests were arriving soon. Melissa (Store Manager) was wonderful in making things right. She worked with my schedule on delivery, provided updates with second delivery and made every attempt to make things right. I could not have asked for better service. Many times reviews are often about negatives, mistakes happen.. but more important how the mistake is resolved speaks volumes of customer relations and management. Threw in a couple of pillows to try and ease some disappointment from Mattress Firm's mistake greatly appreciated. This is very good professional customer service. I would return to store and also recommend the Michigan City location.
