We received excellent service at the 119th street store. I am in a wheelchair. Our sales representative took time to move beds to accommodate the chair. He was very patient as I took time to get in and out of each bed we wanted to try. Some we tried twice. He made excellent recommendations based on our comments. We were there for 2 1/2 hours making the decision and he answered all of our questions.

Although Scott had another customer when I went in there tonight, he was very kind and attentive to both of us. He doesn’t try to rush you out of the store or to complete the sale so he can get onto the next one. He gives you the time you need to process what’s best for your important purchase. I would much rather buy from Scott than online… he takes the time to help process what’s the best decision needing to be made…
