Jacob is a great salesperson! He patiently and knowledgeably showed us the Purple mattress we were there to try out. He also showed and explained all of the options from the mattress to the base to the sheets and pillows. He was not at all pushy and even quickly adjusted off our order something we thought we'd use but changed our mind about after we left the store. His customer service was stellar. Our new mattress is going to be delivered tomorrow and we can't wait. A huge thanks to Jacob!

Before shopping at Mattress Firm this afternoon we stopped at another mattress store. The salesperson was busy on the phone the entire time and no one else was there to assist us. After wondering around for quite some time we decided to leave. We arrived at Mattress Firm and were immediately greeted by Aaron. We had no idea where to start but Aaron asked a few questions and guided us through the selection process. After trying several mattresses we were torn between the very 1st and 2nd mattress that he had us try proving his knowledge of the business. Aaron was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I hope we will love the mattress as much as our shopping experience.

Jacob was amazing, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, wasn't pushy, did not try to oversell just to get money out of us, he made suggestions on additions we could get, did give us opinions without trying to manipulate our decisions. It was an overall great visit and we eventually found what we were looking for. Thank you for all your help Jacob!
