Our daughter was in need of a new mattress so we went looking for a deal. Lucky was the only person working but man did he do an excellent job juggling multiple shoppers! Despite being short staffed, Lucky took the time to discuss our wants and needs in a new mattress. He let us try out as many as we wanted and never made us feel rushed!

There are two Mattress Firm locations within a mile of each other. Be SURE to ONLY go to the Mattress Firm North location at Pasadena Dr./Nicholasville Rd (if you actually want to feel like a valued customer). I made the mistake of stopping at the South store to look at a specific mattress. The sales person was unable to answer simple questions (i.e. holiday store hours or item info) and did not explain any Memorial Day promos, financing, or even the item sale price. The manager only asked how many other stores I had been to that day (none) and told me what it would cost me to return the item if dissatisfied after purchase. After that, I planned to go home and order direct from the manufacturer, but wanted one more look in person. I decided to stop at the Mattress Firm North location and SO happy I did. Brian was WONDERFUL - Highly recommend. He was friendly, personable, most importantly knowledgeable and made me feel valued. Able to explain the important features of the mattress I was interested in, financing options available, awesome sales incentives etc. for the weekend. I could not have been happier with my experience at this location & Brian saved the sale for the company as I completed my purchase in store with him.

The manager welcomed me as I entered, and immediately was eager to offer his expertise on bed frames and box springs. He worked to ensure that I received high quality products at a cost efficient rate. Bought a mattress from a knowledgeable “sleep expert” named Lucky. It was less painful than buying a car. (Who knew mattresses are that level of investment?!) The store is a high-end mattress place. Large chain. They offer high quality, advice & are willing to back up your choice with a guarantee. [Several recommended Wildcat Mattress which is local w/ good prices. They didn't have a warranty on a much discounted unit that was comparable.] Lucky helped me with a fine solution within my budget; 10 year warranty. The store wasn't far from my house & offered free delivery. He was respectful of my need and didn't push on upselling.

Karen was AMAZING ! She went above and beyond to help us get what we needed ! The store manager was just as a GREAT!! If you are on hunt for a Mattress highly recommend going to see Karen!
