Maryssa is an absolute dream to work with. It’s hard to find honest sales people like her & she is a gem! She cares about anyone that walks through her door or reaches out with questions or concerns. She will take the time out of her schedule even not while at work to do what she can to help people & their families! Such an absolute sweetheart. I will be a returning customer in February when I buy beds for our new home as well as our first crib mattress because I know my family is in great hands with her!

I researched mattresses online which was overwhelming. Today I went to 5 stores and thankfully I met Daniel at mattress firm in Hamburg. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful helpful, made excellent suggestions, and was never pushy. I bought a mattress from Dan and it was a great deal!

Dan - was awesome- super patient, knowledgeable, and invested in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I am Still waiting on pick up since they don’t deliver to my area. Which is kinda an issue - but Dan made sure to work with me, and help me feel valued- so I wouldn’t be out on pick up instead. Will update once I get my new mattress- and have tried it. Super clean show room- no bathrooms tho:(- Dan was the representative who helped me- I spent about 90mins here. Left a happy customer- will recommend and repeat!!!

Going into the mattress firm today I had bad thoughts on mattresses do to my last situation. They greeted us and helped me instantly trying to find the most relaxed and comfortable mattress not just for me for my daughter also who sleeps with me. I highly recommend the lady there and I can’t think of her name she is wonderful.
