Everything went exceptional. Joe was AMAZING! He went out of his way to make sure I was extremely comfortable with every step of the process. Jon Deal was informative, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. My husband and I were buying beds for our girls in college in Alabama. Coordinating drop off schedules was difficult. Jon was patient and even added suggestions on how to maneuver through the process. We had never bought beds in another state for our out of state college kids. I purchased a king sized mattress and boxspring. I was shown multiple beds, and was allowed to try them out by laying on them in my sleep position. I was explained the differences in the various supports, as I am a heavy guy, and need that extra edge-support. Cooling differences per bed, etc. I must say that I am also delighted with how easy it was for me to finance my new bed! I’m a satisfied customer!
