Nick was friendly and informative. He greeted us, as soon as we walked in. He asked us want we wanted and guided us around the store to different options to suit out needs. And we found one we liked, and gave us plenty of time to try it out. And was really helpful in navigating us through the buying and paying process. That we will be getting our mattress tomorrow. :)

I had a very pleasant experience at Mattress Firm today. The Associate listened to all my needs and pointed out three specific mattresses that would work for my needs. I get extremely hot at night and she helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs, within my price range. I went with the Sealy Hybrid and can’t wait to receive it! Thank you again!
