I had a great experience with the team at the Back Bay Mattress Firm! We were on our way to another location but called and spoke to Mark and decided to go there instead since he was so helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. The team had so much patience and helped us with picking the right one to fit our needs. They also have a really great back to sale going on, I definitely recommend Mark, Mike and Fred!

We had a great experience at the back bay location in Boston with Fred. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. We went in and talked about what would work best for us and when it came time for our dinner reservation, he did research for us and found everything we wanted while we went to eat. When we came back he had found everything we wanted for the best price. This was one of the quickest and easiest big purchases we’ve ever made. Delivery went smooth and Fred called us from his personal number to check in to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend making a purchase with Fred!

From purchasing my mattress to delivery, everything was perfect! I'm setting up a condo in Boston and have purchased things from various companies. Mattress Firm was by far the most efficient and easiest to deal with. I set up my delivery date at the time of purchase and in the unneeded to postpone it one week; I was able to do that via text message and everything worked perfectly. I also particularly liked the delivery fellows. They were definitely "can do" guys.

Excellent experience buying a mattress here! Luis was incredibly insightful and attentive. He got us a great deal and my boyfriend and I are so happy! Everyone should buy their mattress in-person—much better experience than just buying online and the reps work to get you the best deal possible. Go to Mattress Firm and ask for Luis!

I truly don’t have enough good things to say about my experience buying a mattress here recently. If I could rate it more than five stars, I would! Fred dedicated over two hours to helping me find the perfect sleep set up for my needs, and I left beyond satisfied with the results and feeling well taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and I felt like he genuinely wanted me to find what I needed to help me get great sleep for years to come. He helped us compare several options of mattress and bed frame combos, worked out the financial options with us, and had the patience of a saint as I went back and forth between two options for quite a while. This was one of, if not the, best customer service I have ever experienced! I had been dreading mattress shopping because I usually hate being sold to and didn’t want to feel rushed into anything, but that could not have been farther from my experience here at Mattress Firm Back Bay with Fred. Thanks again!!
