This is a great store. Raj walked us through the different styles and helped us determine what we wanted. Jon processed the order and matched the price for a pillow we wanted that was out of stock, giving us the lower price for the higher quality item. Our items were delivered in a few days by a very efficient team. Buying a mattress isn't fun, but they made it as easy as possible.

Five stars, easy! Kenny could not have been more gracious, congenial, or helpful. His friendliness and positivity made for a great first impression (over the phone, to boot)! Although his Mattress Firm location didn't have a twin-sized box spring in stock, Kenny offered to call around to other area stores for us. He called back in less than five minutes to let us know that he'd found exactly what we needed to finish our son's bedroom at a nearby Mattress Firm location. He offered the option of placing a shipping order for us just in case it was a bit further than we wanted to drive, but we were totally fine with the pick-up. Kenny then offered to send a pre-pay email link to make pick-up more convenient. We are super appreciative of all Kenny's help and total above-and-beyond level of customer service! Thank you so much, Kenny! Next time we're in the market for a mattress or box spring, we'll definitely return to Kenny at the Hingham Mattress Firm.

Our experience with Mattress Firm in the Hingham Shipyard location was beyond excellent! 5 Stars doesn’t even come close. Kenny was persistent in getting everything and I mean everything perfect for us. The delivery team was great as well. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. They explained the mattresses & options asking about my sleep patterns. They did not do a hard sell like many places which I really appreciated. I was up against a short timeline as we had a house fire & needed new beds for a rental, they made sure we found beds that were in stock & could be delivered when needed. I highly recommend this store, the staff is awesome.

The mattress firm store in Hingham is absolutely wonderful! We went there on Massachusetts tax free weekend and Jonathan honored the price we paid for a mattress back in April. With military discount included! The customer service from Jonathan was outstanding and mattress firm will be our first stop shopping for any of our mattress needs.
