Went looking for an adjustable frame for my Purple bed. Did not know that Purple was now distributing their products through Mattress Firm. Met David and he was terrific. Explained what I was looking for and he not only educated me on the value of the adjustable I was interested in he took the time to educate me on the other options that were available to me. I am looking forward to this Wednesday when they will be delivering and setting up my bed with a new adjustable frame. Job well done both by David and by his manager. The Milford Shop is well run with some exceptional employees. Highly recommended.

Our salesperson Adrian, who is also the manager could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I honestly was going in just to get an idea of options but we ended up testing all the beds that fit our needs and we purchased a queen and a few other things. If you are considering purchasing a mattress and live anywhere near Milford MA, I think it’s well worth at least giving Adrian a visit Excellent experience. Now if the bed he sold us is a dud….. just kidding - it’s 120 days no change fee to exchange.

I find it fun to do research (online and in-person) before making big purchases. Samantha at the Mattress Firm in Milford did a great job of answering all my questions, which helped me narrow down my options to a “Purple Hybrid 3” and “Adjustable Platform”. She was thorough, yet concise, in providing me all the information I needed. She was equally thorough in making sure I got the best price possible.
