I had not been in a Mattress Firm store before. I thought it was just discount mattresses and high pressure sales people. It’s none of those things! The store is clean and bright and well stocked with name brand mattresses. The sales person, Brandon ( I hope that’s right!) was attentive and explained details about each mattress In which I was interested. I bought two mattresses and they threw in some nice freebies! Great store! Great products and super sales people!

Donique was incredibly friendly and helpful. She really took time to help us figure out the best mattress for our needs and let us test them and ask questions. She then helped us find the best deal and worked out all the details with us. She was friendly and professional and all around excellent. The store was very clean and bright and organized as well. Definitely recommend buying your mattress here!

Donique (spelling could be wrong) was great. I walked in knowing what I wanted but I had her undivided attention so I tried a bunch of different mattresses and different mattress brands. She answered all my questions about the mattress I chose and the adjustable base. It was a great experience. My new bed is being delivered on Monday.

It was an absolute treat working with Don. She was INCREDIBLY helpful with finding us just the right mattress - she was professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to work hard to get us the right mattress but not a hard sell at the same time. She also was sensitive to our budget and didn't work to sell us the most expensive one, but the right one. As a sales manager, I'm VERY impressed with her craft and her helpfulness. I've never worked with a more together salesperson in any situation.
