Much to my surprise, I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in Bethesda. This has not been my experience when shopping elsewhere in the past. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and didn’t use any sleazy pressure tactics. The delivery was on time to the minute and the guys who delivered it were helpful and professional. I’m also pleased with the quality and price of the mattress.

I jokingly told Addie that I’d be submitting yet another positive review about her— but she really was wonderful! She had me try several mattresses and worked with us on pricing to help me get the best mattress at a price within my budget. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and also offered guidance on the delivery options. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in the market for a new mattress!
