First, our sales woman, Rula, was so nice, informative, professional, friendly and non-aggressive. That's a plus right off the bat, and she showed us all the different options that were in our budget and according to our wants and needs. We saved a lot. She and her manager gave us numerous discounts that were serious dollars off the total price. It was about two or three hours over two days on Memorial Day weekend, from sampling the beds to final sale. Overall five star experience. We couldn't be more pleased with Mattress Firm. Thank you all at Mattress Firm for making a stressful and difficult decision easy!
