Chris has helped us multiple times (I am very indecisive) He is very knowledgeable and did a great job of presenting different options based on what we did or did not like about the different mattresses. We finally found and purchased the perfect one. I should note originally I went into Mattress Firm to try mattress in person and assumed I would buy what I liked online later. We ended up buying in person since we got a much better deal and we trust 100% that Chris would handle any problems we may run into.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM! We just left this store and Chris was so very helpful!! He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and what actually causes mattresses to sag over time. He then walked us through picking the perfect mattress for me and my husband....and we never felt rushed! Best of all...a 10yr warranty and 2 day delivery of the bed we picked out! If you need a bed, make this your first stop! UPDATE: we received our bed and couldn't be happier with our purchase. The delivery men we nice and on time and after one night, my back felt much better when I woke up and so did my husband's!!
