Not every sales associate will go the extra mile to help their customer. That's what happened to me and my wife on Saturday evening. My wife and wanted to find a king-size mattress. We asked the sales associate to replace the queen-size mattress with a king-size mattress so that we could lay down on it to make a more informed decision. This person asked a teammate to help with this endeavor. As a result, we were able to try it out and so we purchased the bed set the same night. It was an excellent experience!
