The Manager, Mrs Brown, met us with a friendly smile and greeting as we entered the store. She was very efficient understanding exactly which Mattresses we were interested in reviewing. She explained all the aspects of the Mattresses as to how they were made including how the coils were made and the firmness of the edging. After reviewing the couple Mattresses we were interested in, she handled the transaction in a super efficient manner, chating with us the entire time. Upon completion of the transaction she scheduled the delivery at our convenience. Mrs Brown is one of the most friendly and efficient people I've ever experienced in all my years of shopping. She is truly a tremendous asset to your company if her interactions with all her customers are anywhere near the interactions we experienced. Ms. Andrea is a very jolly person and she was very helpful. I really appreciate her helping me to find the right mattress for me and my arthritis. I was afraid to try Mattress Firm because I had a very bad experience at another store but the White Marsh store was nothing like that they made you feel more like you was friend for years and she understood my budget and she stay within my budget.
