Very happy with our second purchase from Mattress Firm. This time we were shopping for a higher end queen sized mattress. Fares and Edgar helped us and were great. We appreciated the low pressure sales pitch and their willingness to negotiate in good faith. They scheduled delivery within a few days and the delivery team was fast and careful as well. We ended up sending the box spring back (too tall) and everything was refunded without any fuss. Very responsive in person and on the phone. Very happy and will shop here again, again!

Probably one of the best places to buy a new mattress in this side of town. Been coming here for over 20 years, and they’ve been in the business for 30 years. These guys have survived the pandemic, the housing bubble, and WWII. They must be doing something right. Was helped by Edgar who was a wonderful representative. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and gave me a great purchase. Definitely recommend him.

Michael Davis of the Mattress Firm on Rockville Pike was extremely helpful in assisting me with the search for a firm, comfortable, and durable mattress. He introduced me to a variety of choices and the pros and cons of each. He then guided me through direct trials and explained the construction and the main features of each mattress . Along the way he also informed me of the promotions being offered by the store. I was already interested in a specific mattress based on my online searches. The conversation and testing with Michael helped me finalize my choice. I purchased the mattress the next day and look forward to sleeping on it this weekend when it’s delivered.
