Fantastic salespeople and owner. Never pressured me to go over budget. Brian and Mike were so accommodating the 3 times I came in to try out the mattress. They didn't have a problem with me bringing a blanket and taking a 30 min nap at their store one morning 😂Found a mattress I loved but couldn't quite afford with the adjustable base.They were able to cut some corners (since Brian is the owner) and give me over $1000 in discounts (including memorial day sale). Getting my new bed delivered in a few weeks and so glad I chose mattress firm to help me get my best sleep. Thank you to Brian and Mike!

Wow just wow!!! Great experience so far. Prices were fair and the store was clean. Salesperson was informative, friendly, and accommodating. Not at all overbearing or pushy. Delivery was on time, quick, friendly, and they even helped us get the mattress into the house( which they’re not required to do). So far so good. Now the real test begins tonight with how well we sleep.

Alex at mattress firm in Severna Park was very helpful in helping me and my wife pick out our new mattress. Alex was very personable and informative. He put us to ease by telling us to take our time and explained all the different types of mattresses and options available. We never felt pressured or rushed,. After a hour or so, we finally found the right mattress for us, thanks Alex!

Had a great experience today at Mattress Firm. I actually stopped at the Pasadena location first and the salesperson was on the phone and another couple was waiting so I left and went to Robinson crossing. The manager there was very knowledgeable and helped me make a great selection to stay within my budget. Very excited about getting my new mattress now!
