It was a painless experience because she listened to me and was able to pinpoint exactly what I needed. She made my whole day better by just being amazing and attentive. Michelle (spelling? Apologies, but I’m unsure of her exact name spelling) at the Severna Park store was really helpful with my purchase today. She showed me several different types of mattresses that would best meet my needs. They have a sale going on right today too so saving money was certainly something she helped with as well. Michelle is extremely polite and very professional. She was able to very easily set-up next day delivery for my purchase too, which is very helpful since store/warehouse pick-up unfortunately was not an option for me at the time. If you are looking for reliable service, definitely seek out Michelle.

Eli helped us today find our perfect bed. He is so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. He had us try many options, answered all of our questions and was so informative. He is the ideal sales person and made our experience enjoyable and easy. It is rare to find a person like that in a sales position. I will be referring people to go see him.
