Shawn was the nicest dude, no pressure just genuine knowledge of the products and went out of his way to help me find the perfect mattress. I was going to shop around then come back if I didn’t find something somewhere else but barely made it to my car before turning around and getting the mattress he helped me find. 10/10 service with no pressure and no sales pitch. Just genuine care and concern for your budget and comfort.

Lisa walked us through a few mattresses that were extra firm. I worried about the price, but my two moms told me to choose a mattress based on only comfort. Apparently they told Lisa about my concerns while I was wandering around inside the store, and she made sure I didn't see the prices. She was really helpful in explaining differences in quality, performance, but not price. I ended up choosing an awesome queen-size mattress. I still don't know the price, and no one will tell me! I can't wait until Saturday night for the best sleep since before I broke my back four years ago! Thank you Lisa, and thank you moms!

I get crippling anxiety and very indecisive regarding making a major purchase such as a mattress, especially since I have had uncomfortable sleeping issues over the years. I bought a mattress and was so sure it was a good purchase for me. Lisa and Shawn at the Augusta location were extremely helpful and patient with me with helping me exchange my purchase for a new mattress that will hopefully be a better fit for me!
