My husband and I went into Mattress Firm in Biddeford ME this afternoon to only to look around and ask questions. Kristen greeted us and began educating us on all the mattresses and bases available today. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Before we knew it we had ordered the bed we have been dreaming about!! Kristin was very patient with us and made the whole experience a delight!! The whole atmosphere was helpful and inviting. We would recommend seeking Mattress Firm in Biddeford for help with making a well thought out decision on your next good nights sleep!!

I took my son Jay into Mattress Firm to buy a new bed. Upon entering, we were greeted by Jason. Jay told him that he was shopping for a bed. My son is in his late 40’s and has autism spectrum disorder. Jason was so patient and respectful to my son and myself. He asked if we had a budget, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We found the perfect bed and will be able to have it delivered this week! Awesome experience! I would highly recommend.

So far so good. (Initial store visit and purchase was great, still waiting for delivery) Michael was awesome! I spent years in retail sales so I'm always sensitive to the sales experience and he was both very knowledgeable and patient. Would highly recommend to ask for him. Will update if anything comes up but as far as mattress shopping goes it was the best experience my wife and I have had. 👍

We found Kelly to be an very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson along with very fun and friendly! Felt like she knew a lot about the products and we left there having really enjoyed the experience of buying a mattress! We get it delivered next week and are super excited! Kristin was AWESOME! We went in looking for a specific mattress, but the Biddeford location did not have a floor sample for us to try out.
