My wife and I went in on a casual afternoon to try out a new mattress brand and received SO much help from Brett. We have some particular sleep needs and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly without ever being overbearing. He was warmly accommodating as we deliberated and kept going back and forth on the different feels for over an hour! He actually ended up recommended a cheaper mattress than what we originally went in to see because of his knowledge and experience dealing with other customers’ needs. All in all a great visit, great store, great “sleep expert” (which they truly are), and great transaction. We are looking to our mattress delivery!

Dylan was awesome! Very helpful.. I called him told him my situation. He asked what I was looking for and asked me to come in the next morning that he would have me something. Went in next morning and he was ready.. Got me 2 beds just what I needed.. an actually the bed he recommended was way more comfortable then the one I picked out. Thank you Dylan!! Mt mom and I had been putting off buying a new mattress for years. We finally made it in today and Dylan made the whole process so easy and fun. For starters, he asked us about any physical issues to take into account. My mom has had spinal injuries and a bad knee, and I have scoliosis. It was clear he had done his research about how certain mattress features affect/alleviate specific medical issues. He explained everything so clearly and knew every aspect of what he was selling, and made sure WE knew every aspect too. He let us know our options without ever trying to oversell anything. All of the concerns we had were addressed and explained clearly, and my mom and I both felt so confident with the information he had given us, that we ordered two mattresses, two bases, and four pillows on the spot. Thanks so much, Dylan, for making the whole process so clear and easy!
