I had a great buying experience with Nathan at the Rosedale store. My plan was not necessarily to buy right now but I was very impressed with his knowledge of the type of bed I was looking for. Store employee did his best to take care of my mother (92) when she could not make up her mind the son stepped in to make final choice. Paper work and delivery appointment straight forward and quickly completed. Delivery and setup still to be completed.
