My husband and I went to this location today looking to make a purchase for our family. Scott helped us with our purchase, he was very kind and easy to work with. He made things a lot easier for us, was knowledgeable with everything we had questions or concerns about. Helped us find the right fit for our family at a price that was within our budget. If you are looking into buying a new mattress or pillows etc, you need to come to this place and ask for Scott! Clean building, organized and easy to look through. Scott was helpful, but not overwhelmingly so. He definitely wasn't the car salesman kinda guy that follows you around and won't give you a minute to yourself. I highly recommend mattress firm, on independance st, in Springfield MO you wont regret it. 👌

Go see "Dr." Mike and Scott about all of your mattress needs. This company is great to deal with and firmly stands behind their warranty services. We had to exchange a flawed mattress when it showed up and then ended up exchanging the new one for one less firm within the warranty period. These guys made the process painless and definitely followed through on their promises. I highly recommend them!

If you’re anxious about buying a new mattress, stop searching for another mattress store. Just shop here. I had a great experience shopping for my mattress and ended up spending less than I expected. No pressure, respectful of budget, patient. Scott was great - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was very friendly. Thank you again!

Scott was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely informative about every mattress/ how it was made, shipped, financing, etc. I didn’t realize how little I knew about the makings of beds until walking into this store. I had my 4 year old and 11 month old with me and it was very apparent he was a parent. So calm with my wild kids getting into nonsense, and was able to redirect when I was distracted looking at different beds. Complete 10/10 service. We went above our budget too bc it was so great. I never leave reviews but this experience definitely warranted one.
