We had a wonderful experience with Jim at Mattress Firm! He made the experience of looking for a mattress pressure free and fun. He made sure to stay with mattresses in our price range and was honest about quality. He was personable throughout our visit and helped us find a mattress that we ended up purchasing! Jim Downey deserves 100 stars. He was absolutely amazing, he is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and transparent. I walked into Mattress Firm on South Blvd without any idea of what type of mattress to get. Jim was able to tell me everything to looked for when purchasing a mattress, and from there I was able to purchased the best mattress ever! He wasn't pushy, he allowed me to make my decision based on the information provided! Keep up the amazing work Jim! Delivery was on time and smooth. I highly recommend Mattress Firm on South Blvd if you are in search of a new mattress!

You don’t have too many businesses that give you service with a personal touch in today’s world. I can honestly say, though, that this place is different. Not only did Jim give us exceptional customer service while we were selecting a mattress to purchase, that service continued even after. Jon helped us make adjustments to our delivery. What I love the most is the personal written Thank You card that was sent to us in the mail! Thank you for the great experience!

Excellent service from Jim and John! Jim was wonderful, personable and (most importantly) honest throughout the sales process. We gave him a budget and he recommended mattresses without any pressure to scale up. John was amazing getting us a delivery the next day and the delivery itself went smoothly. 20/10 would recommend for your mattress and bedding needs

Jim Downey deserves a bonus! I hope corporate sees this one because I work in sales and was blown away, in the best way possible, by Jim's entire approach. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten snail mail note shortly after our new mattress and frame arrived! Lovely touch! Jim was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, kind. My husband and I just moved to town and wandered into the store, tired of looking through all of the mattresses online and sifting through the many brands available today. We wanted an in-store experience and Jim delivered! He was consultative and listened to our needs but wasn't pushy and he had a couple of good jokes too! The delivery process was smooth and the two delivery guys were efficient and professional. Thank you, Jim!
