Sales person very helpful in finding the right mattress. I really like it. Your delivery staff was awesome. Called, got to my apartment early, waited for me @ 15-20 minutes. Installed everything, fully explained how bed operates, even demonstrated it. Courteous and reassuring. He and his helper rate 5 stars +.

We came in this evening looking for a new mattress and expected to just wander and see what felt right. Robbie (I hope I am remembering his name accurately!) was wonderful! He was very attentive, provided great insight and honest suggestions as he learned more about our wants and respected our budget! He also made sure he assisted with some warehouse inventory that was in low supply/high demand, and made our whole experience very enjoyable. I noticed a service award he and his team earned in 2021, and can understand why they received it! I can honestly say that I hope they receive it again this year!

I was at an absolute loss as to how to select a mattress that met my needs and yet was affordable. I had attempted to educate myself on line but quickly became overwhelmed with all the different types of mattresses that are available these days. I entered the store today frustrated, confused and on the defense, fully prepared to have to ward off a pushy salesman. I could not have been more wrong! Within just a few moments, Jeremy skillfully guided me through just a few questions that helped him point me in the appropriate direction. I can not thank him enough! Within 45 minutes, I left with a receipt in hand and delivery scheduled for not one but TWO new mattresses. I feel confident that Jeremy knew his job and helped me quickly navigate the purchase and put me at ease. This was a big expenditure for me and I truly appreciated Jeremy’s approach.

Robert was outstanding in every respect. He immediately addressed my need which was to replace a box spring. Yet as our conversation progressed I gravitated towards getting a new mattress with absolutely no pressure or upselling. I wanted to get the best for my wife and that’s what we got. He was every bit the gentleman which my wife picked up on immediately and this is the reason we felt very comfortable buying from Mattress Firm. I feel confident that we are making a great investment in a Beauty Rest Black for its quality but it’s important for the company to know that People Make a Difference.
