While in the midst of juggling everything that comes with moving into a new home, my wife and I were admittedly dreading the process of researching and buying a mattress. Having said that, I can honestly say that the process was as smooth and successful as it was efficient, thanks in large part to Nick Coons and the Mattress Firm Team. Nick was highly responsive, as pleasant as he was patient, and best of all - extremely knowledgeable. Better yet, the delivery service was equally as wonderful. Never would I have thought about saying that shopping for a mattress would be fun, but tonight Zach made it happen. No high-pressured sales pitch, he listened to what our concerns were and found a setup that met our needs without breaking the bank. He greeted us upon entering the store, let us try out different mattresses, and even let us experience why we needed an adjustable base (not sure why we never had one before, but have one now). The whole process was smooth and painless, would definitely recommend going here and seeing Zach for your bed needs.
