Loved the knowledgeable and friendly service. Candace let us know all our options and most importantly, listened. She did not show us anything that we did not want (ie we wanted ONLY memory foam beds that were super firm.) We bought a fantastic bed that had everything that we wanted, no need to shop around town elsewhere. We are a busy couple so being able to try various ones in the showroom was key. Can't wait till it's delivered this weekend! Thanks Mattress Firm!

We had a great customer experience. Ken is an outstanding asset to your company. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and thoroughly explained how the clearance process works. He had us test out several mattresses until we found the ones my wife and I and also my daughter were comfortable with. So, two mattresses at a really good price.

Sean was very helpful and patient with us when we came in to buy a mattress. We got a great price and free delivery! UPDATE: Unfortunately, I found a problem with the mattress we received. I called the store that evening when I discovered the issue, and they told me, "We will make it right!" The next day, I went to the store and met with Ken, the manager. I didn't have to complain or anything; he was already familiar with the issue because my message had been relayed to him. Without going into details, I'll just say that Ken went above and beyond to ensure I got the mattress I wanted at a fantastic price. The new mattress was delivered and the old one removed (for free again). We love the new mattress! I will 100% be going back to this store the next time I need a mattress. I highly recommend them, not only for their selection and prices, but mainly for their excellent customer service! I received great service from all three individuals that I dealt with. Thank you!
