Bill at the Concord store was a gem. He spent a lot of time explaining how to pick out the right mattress for my needs. The mattress I "thought" I wanted was not the correct mattress for me. I left with an adjustable frame and hybrid mattress. ALL my choice after trying 6 or so options. There was NO pressure to buy anything but what felt good to me. Again, Bill was great! Just the right guy for the job. I now sleep like a baby! I am thrilled with my purchase and am very happy I went to Mattress Firm and discovered Bill.

The staff was incredible and patient while we tested out multiple mattresses. They were very knowledgeable! Very friendly and very helpful. I recommend them for your mattress needs. The mattress I wanted wasnt available to deliver as soon as I liked so they found me one at the Belmont store so I could go get it. The lady and young man at that store were really nice too.
