My boyfriend and I went to check out black Friday deals, mattress firm was our 3rd stop and I wish it was our first! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by Joe who was ready to help. He was super informative and made the process so easy. Joe's patience was also very appreciated. There was no need to check anywhere else. I'm very excited to come back and pick up our new mattress! Highly recommend!!

Facility presented as neat and organized with multiple samples available to try. The Customer Care expert, Jason, was exceptional in his knowledge and understanding of this client’s interest in sleep comfort. His sales approach was awesome and definitely driven by client needs. Overall an exceptional experience including Tom’s support as well. Product line was versatile with a great price range. Thanks and kudos to these two professionals!

My Husband and I walked into Mattress Firm not knowing what we wanted or what was in our price range. Tom, the Sleep Expert and salesperson working in the store, was so knowledgeable and helpful about each product and ultimately lead us to a decision we are very happy with. I cannot say enough positive words about Tom and our experience with him. We also got shipping of a new mattress within two days and walked out happy customers! I would highly recommend the Salem NH location and Tom for any purchases!

Excellent experience. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made it very easy to understand the positives and negatives of quality, and with our needs. Very similar to the “sleep technicians” of other furniture stores, but with no pressure or sales pitches. Explained everything clearly and concisely, including the product, delivery, etc. No hidden charges or surprises. I highly recommend this store and appreciated Tom’s professionalism. Normally, I’m usually a tad critical, or find something I would prefer to be better, but not this time. Very impressed all around.
