I walked into the Seabrook location desperate to find a mattress that will be comfortable. Randy the salesman listened to my needs and the issues I’ve been experiencing with my current mattress. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was not pushy to get the sale, and that’s very important. After 2 hours of trying different styles, he helped me select the one that was right for me. I felt very confident with my purchase. It was on sale and I got a 20% Veteran’s discount too! Adam was extremely helpful, explained each mattress to my wife and I, and ultimately helped us pick out a mattress that we both liked. With Mattress Firm's sleep trial if we don't like it then we can call them to exchange mattress types/brands. We even got my wife a new pillow and was able to get the delivery in 3 days which is great!

I was looking for a new mattress as since the last couple of years I've been sleeping like a Hobo. I did my research and decided on Mattress Firm. I rolled into the store and meet Joey. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all my dumb questions without batting an eye. I got an awesome deal and Joey hooked me up getting me the best price for the mattress and frame.
