Visited Mattress Firm Menlo Park in early September and store manager, Jarrod, assisted us. I pretty much went in complaining about the last mattress I got from them (in a different state), which I believe is the cause of the crick in my neck. Jarrod paid attention to my complaints, looked up the previous purchase I made, and provided a WEALTH OF INFORMATION! He identified a variety of beds that would ease my discomfort and assist with my night humming (because I don’t snore :-)! What I liked is that he didn’t just push the pricey things. He also helped us whittle down to 3 options and gave really good suggestions about how to choose one. He encouraged us to really lay down and get a feel of them. He also showed me how different pillows really do affect your alignment. Jarrod knows his stuff about mattresses and is able to explain the impact on a good night’s rest! He also recommended sleep apps to track your quality sleep overtime. In the end, I left very satisfied and excited about the delivery of my new mattress, adjustable base with massaging features (because I’m fancy!) and new pillows. He’s great at his craft because at no point did we feel coerced into more expensive purchases. I’m awaiting delivery today and would further update on the actual mattress! 😂

We went to Mattress Firm on Saturday, September 10 to look at some mattress choices. Our sales rep, Terese, welcomed us the minute we walked in the door. Due to her expertise and knowledge, we were able to decide on a mattress and adjustable base in about an hour. She walked us through the purchase, financing, and delivery and answered all of our questions prior to us leaving the building. This was a five star experience from start to finish. I would recommend both Mattress Firm and Terese to everyone I know if they're looking for a mattress. Thanks.

My fiance and I recently stopped in this location and were quickly greeted by Stephen and I can’t stress enough how great he was to work with! Stephen was patient and thorough - he listened to our budget, helped us decide on the firmness level, and all in all went above and beyond to ensure we left with the best possible mattress we could. Not only was Stephen professional he had a great personality that made the whole shopping experience super painless.
