Service was great. Sales Rep Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, honest and guided me to a product that I’m sure will suit my needs. I was able to negotiate a very fair price for a quality product and Sam was even quite generous regarding the inclusion of a very nice adjustable base and reduced delivery charge. The delivery guys were great as well. Took away everything, set up was quick and they even vacuumed the rug. Very friendly too. Grabbed a nap the day it was delivered and woke up feeling great. I can feel my back thanking me already! Excellent job Mattress Firm!

Went on Saturday, Jairo was the gentleman who helped me and my parents find a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The mattress was delivered today, they were done in less than 30 minutes and took my old mattress and box spring. Very happy with the service, mattress and delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress. The prices were pretty reasonable as well.

I purchased a mattress from this company just three weeks ago and needed to exchange the mattress based on there 120 day policy. When I went back to the store at route 440 in Jersey City NJ, the rep could not offer me any kind of assistance she couldn’t even fine my name in the system. All she said was “you will have to deal with ny GM on Saturday”. So asked her where Is the rep that helped me purchase the mattress she replied by saying he’s no longer with the company. How convenient…. However I wasn’t willing to give up.. I called the store number in North Bergen NJ. A rep by the name Leonel Lourenco was truly competent, not only did I not have to go to the store, he was able to resolve my return issue over the phone in 10 min.. and as he faced unknown issues he’s took the moment to ask his team mates what to do and followed through making sure the customer was satisfied. Leonel deserves a 5 stars.. thank you Leonel keep up the great work
