My sales person, Donna was extremely helpful and helping me to decide which mattress would best suit my needs, and my budget I ended up buying my mattress from Costco, the same model (according to Sterns and Foster) was considerably less. I did buy the box spring from Mattress Firm. I wish I had been told that for the mattress I was picking at the store, and from Costco should have had a 5in. foundation, not the 9in. foundation I had had with my previous mattress. I now have a foundation which I can not return, or exchange, and a bed that is too high .

I called Mattress Firm to order a mattress that needed to be delivered in two days. Donna was the sales person to help me… she was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! We were done within 30 minutes. A very easy and pleasant experience.

Shopping at this location was a good experience and the staff made it both enjoyable and informative. Sean was great. With a good sense of humor, he was happy to answer all of our questions and help us pick out the best mattress for our needs. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

My girlfriend is moving in with me and we decided to get a king size bed. Saturday we were around town and we ended up stopping into a mattress firm to see what was what. We were met by Donna Johnson and Dan Spector, who were by far the most consultative sales team I’ve ever encountered at a MattressFirm. They asked the right questions and showed us products that were a result of the answers to those questions. Not pushy, but informative and very much taking our feedback into consideration. They let us take our time. Doesn’t always happen that way. As a result we ended up walking away with a mattress both of us feel very happy with, and we were just as happy to buy it from the two people that helped us get there. Donna & Dan thank you for the great service and we look forward to years of “unjunked sleep”.
