Craig is the sales person/manager that helped us today. He is super knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and outgoing, made us feel comfortable and helped us make an easy decision on which mattress was best for us. We are moving across country and he was helping us get a bed into our new home before we got there. And then we hit a snag with availability. After quite some time, trying to work it out through the computer system we gave up and left. We thought that would be the end of it And we weren’t feeling so great about the experience. But then we got an email. Craig had spoken to his district manager and they spent quite some time working out a deal so that we could have our bed there when we arrived this weekend. We can’t thank you enough for all the extra effort, time and energy that you put into getting us settled into our new home with a comfortable bed. Craig went far and beyond the extra mile for us and we appreciate it greatly! Thank you so much we will definitely be recommending mattress firm, the toms River location, and Craig. Thanks again!
