I just happened to walk into the Matress Firm while having a phone repaired down the road. I was in need of a bed. I was was not planning on purchasing one but Bob made the experience enjoyable and there was absolutely no pressure. I even had to leave to get my phone from the repair shop to come back to use the financing app on my phone to make the purchase. I work in sales and even I thought there could be a chance I didn't come back. Bob took my word that I'd be back and gave me the information I needed and let me go. When I came back to make the purchase that evening Bob had stayed open later than needed to help me close the deal. It was awesome and I'm in love with my bed. Thank you, Bob.
